3. This is a ‘proof of purchase’ competition. To receive a valid entry in the draw for the prizes, participants must first join the Service by following the instructions shown on the promotional material. Details on and terms for the service can be found at http://www.celldorado.com/US.
4. The promotional material may include but is not limited to print media, sms messaging, radio advertisements, television commercials and advertisements on internet websites.
5. For internet banner advertisements users may either sms the specified keyword to 42020 or fill in the membership application form, including their mobile phone number. Once this form is completed and submitted via the internet, a pincode will be sent to the nominated mobile phone number to verify the handset. Users must enter the pincode on the advertisement and press submit in order to confirm the initiated service. Persons not correctly completing this step will not have their memberships activated and therefore will not receive an entry in the draw.
6.It is at the sole discretion of the promoter as to which promotional channels they use. The promoter may use any or all of the promotional channels mentioned in clause 4. during the promotional period.
7. The draw for the prize winners will take place within three weeks after the closing date of the promotion period.
8. Cost of entry to the competition will not exceed the text messaging costs. Separate wireless provider text message fees apply.
9. Only one Sony Playstation 3 will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
10. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
